Oak Hill Homes
Located at the intersection of US 290 and TX 71 in South Austin, the area now known as Oak Hill has a rich history. Initially called "Live Oak Springs", the land for the neighborhood was awarded to William Cannon by the Mexican government in 1835. Some of the pink Texas granite used in the construction of the Texas State Capitol building was harvested from quarries in the Oak Hill neighborhood. Over a century after its establishment, Oak Hill is home to many beautiful homes and excellent schools. If you'd like to view an Oak Hill home, contact us today at (512) 328-8000!
