Your opportunity to make an $84,000 referral fee! (And no, I'm not making this up)

A few years ago, I wrote a post outlining some of the most expensive properties for sale in Austin. In that post, I offered to share the commission with any agent outside of our market area who could send me a qualififed buyer for one of those estate homes.

Today, I'm happy to make a similar offer on my own listing.

I have a gorgeous, gated, waterfront home for sale on Lake Austin, about 10-15 minutes from downtown that I listed a couple of weeks ago. It has almost 6100 square feet, pool, outdoor kitchen, and roughly 300' of waterfront for $4.2 million.

If you send the buyer to me and they are not represented by another agent, I will pay you a full 2% of the commission, which would be $84,000 at the listing price. If you are willing and able to represent the buyer, your commission would be 3%, or $126,000. Obviously, both offers are only valid for licensed real estate agents.
