Switching things up a little bit

I decided on a whim tonight to change my profile picture.  I have had the same one for almost nine months, and I wanted something a little different.  The new picture was taken during the recent AR Gathering in Bandera, Texas.  It's by no means perfect, since the sun is in my face, but I like the natural look of the background.

If you don't like the new picture, please don't bother to tell me, as you will likely just hurt my feelings.  If you do like it, you are welcome to say so. 

I thought it would be nice to have a more recent photo, since my hair is a little longer and I am about a year and a half older than in the previous peach-colored shirt picture.

I don't think I will become a "serial profile pic changer", changing it every week or two, but I may try to get a different photo at some point during the upcoming months.  I resisted for awhile, but it seems a little bit liberating now.

I hope you are able to locate me on the dashboard without my signature shirt color.  I know it will take me some time to get used to it as well.  I wore that shirt last night when my wife and I went to the movies, so who knows?  Maybe I will take a new profile picture with the "old school" shirt sometime.

Since I had written what is arguably my longest post this morning, I figured it wouldn't hurt to write something short tonight. 

Have a good one (I almost had a typo just now - you would have wondered what I meant by "have a good eon" - sounds vaguely dorky, huh?).
