ABOUT ME:
I am a native Texan, having been born and raised in Dallas. I'm a graduate of Southwestern University in Georgetown, TX (just north of Austin), and I've lived in the Austin area since 1988.
My beautiful wife and I recently celebrated our 17th wedding anniversary. We are avid homeschoolers with four wonderful children - an 11-year-old son, a 9-year old daughter, a 4-year old daughter, and a one-year old daughter.
I'm also very involved in our church, serving as one of the core members and director of the connection ministry there (Christ Presbyterian Church in Georgetown).
I've been a licensed Realtor since January 1997, and I consistently sells millions of dollars of property each year. I've trained dozens of local agents on real estate sales, as well as serving as a consultant for hundreds of agents in other markets.

Frank Cavitt, III
Frank is originally from Corpus Christi, Texas, where as a child he met and later married his wife of 47 years, Marilyn. They have two children and five grandchildren. Frank began his real estate career after long stints in banking (over 30 years) and after running a successful children's furniture business. He has lived in Austin for over 45 years and he has watched the town "grow up" over time.

Frank is a graduate of the University of Texas and he came to real estate after running a children's furniture business in the Austin area with his father (see above). Wiley was born and raised in Edwards County which is located in the beautiful Texas Hill Country where his family has ranched for generations. He attended Angelo State University in San Angelo, Texas and obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science and Business.
Wiley started his real estate career in the appraisal business and is still a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser.
He married his high school sweetheart, Keri, and they make their home along with their two daughters in Georgetown. Keri, also a graduate of Angelo State University, is a CPA. Sylvia Christensen
Sylvia came to Austin in 1998 from Illinois to go the University of Texas at Austin for a bachelor’s degree in English. She returned to Illinois from 2001-2003 to get a master’s degree in advertising from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
Sylvia moved back to Austin in 2003 because she missed the city and its weather and music so much (but not its allergens!). She has been employed as a marketing and technical writer since returning and started her own freelance marketing and technical writing company, Maniac MarCom, in 2005.
Sylvia purchased her first home in Austin in 2005 and has been very involved in helping her friends find homes and apartments ever since. It was at the urging of her friends that she pursued a realtor’s license so she could see them all the way through the buying and selling processes. When she isn’t helping her friends out, she is often busy making renovations to her 1970’s era home and investment duplex.
