Our team provides FREE buyer representation (no charge to the buyer).  Our commission is ALWAYS paid by the builder.  

IMPORTANT: It will not benefit you to go directly to the builder without Realtor representation, nor will it save you money.   

Why?  The on-site salespeople are employees of the builder and will deal fairly with you, but they represent their employer, not you. 

We think it is so important that even if you do not choose to work with our team, we highly recommend using a Realtor on any new home purchase, as it costs you nothing and it may save you money. 

Additionally, our team can assist if any problems should develop during the construction process.
