Who's blogging at ActiveRain from my company? Come meet some of my team members here

As the broker/owner of a company with 16 agents, I have tried to encourage many of our agents to blog.  Some have taken me up on this challenge (3 to be exact), and one actually found me here in the first place.  In order to not show any favoritism, I will discuss them in descending order of points received so far on AR.

Alan Kirkpatrick - I originally met Alan in a somewhat interesting way.  I was buying a couple of shirts at the Nautica outlet store in Round Rock on a weekday, and his wife was the manager there and serving as an "overflow" cashier.  We started chatting a little bit, and I somehow worked the conversation around to real estate (as always).  She mentioned that she and her husband (Alan) were considering investing in some properties here in Austin, so I gave her my card. 

MONTHS later, I heard from Alan out of the blue, and he has since become one of my favorite people and a very close friend.  He has been working with me for about a year now, and he is the most active AR member that I invited, with 90,937 points as of this writing.  Stop by and encourage Alan to keep up the good work!  He also serves as great moral support for me from week to week, having been a pastor for about 25 years before getting into real estate.

Christi Baylor - I recently wrote a featured post about how Christi found me right here on ActiveRain after stumbling across my blog.  She just started with Austin Texas Homes, LLC about two weeks ago.  I think she will make an absolutely stellar addition to our team, and I look forward to working with her.  She has only written one post so far, but I look forward to seeing more great writing from her in the future, as she has a strong marketing background and a creative spirit.

RC Cutcher - As with Alan, RC was ordained as a minister and we have had some great talks about spiritual matters.  RC is a solid member of our team, and I enjoy working with him immensely.  He has some great marketing ideas, and he is positioning himself as a short-sale expert as well as offering a "Sell Your Home in 5 Days" program that we are going to promote soon on my primary Austin real estate site at www.austintexashomes.com.  RC just joined ActiveRain a couple of days ago and has written one post so far.  Hopefully, he will bring his blogging expertise from another platform here to AR.

Jason Crouch - Oh, yeah, that's me!  I am fast approaching my one-year anniversary in the Rain (August 4th), and I am in the midst of planning an ActiveRain gathering which will be held on August 16th, probably at the Oasis Restaurant, which is perched on a cliff overlooking scenic Lake Travis.  I look forward to another great year of making friends and contacts here on this terrific network.
