Addiction quelled for a few days

My family and I went out of town for a few days to Houston to attend the Texas Home School Coalition conference and curriculum fair.  We had a great time, and I was able to survive the entire trip without posting to my blog or sending emails.  I did take and make a few phone calls, only because of a minor emergency (option check from my buyer BOUNCED).  Overall, I feel pretty good about taking a real break from work to enjoy some family time. 

The conference was held in The Woodlands, which is a nice wooded area to the north of the big city.  Although I always enjoy our time there, I have resolved that I am not tough enough to live in the Houston area full-time because of the humidity.  I haven't produced that much sweat since I was playing high school football.  I still remember that my football coach would always use me as an example of hard work - "Just look at how hard Jason is working - sweat is running off of him!"
